The problem with most production side-by-side shotguns is that they were designed 50 years ago and are made on machines as old. The new Autumn Elite is a modern four-lug design made on new state-of-the-art CNC machines, holding up to a .0001” tolerance. This makes for a double gun that is as durable and reliable as it is beautiful. The Autumn Elite, a double gun for the 21st century. The Elite model features a deluxe grade of Turkish Walnut that is available in English stock with splinter fore-end or pistol grip with semi-beavertail fore-end. The action is engraved with an Acanthus pattern scroll, featuring gold game scenes. The result is a traditional and elegant aesthetic combined with modern function and durability.

  • Currently available in 20ga with 28” barrels.
  • Upgraded stock using Deluxe grade Turkish walnut with an oil finish.
  • Four lug locking system creates a very strong lock-up between the monoblock and action, increasing durability.
  • The barrels are constructed with a high-temperature solder to guarantee durability and strength.
  • The action is monolithic design machined from a steel forging for the ultimate in strength.
  • The rounded action features game scene engraving with gold inlays of game birds.
  • Stock features a hand-fit walnut butt plate to make mounting the gun easier and to avoid snagging on clothing.
  • Lightweight barrels feature the Fabarm TRIBORE, a tapered bore that increases performance, reduces weight while lowering recoil.
  • INNER HP long screw in choke system features a hyperbolic design that maximizes pattern performance.
  • The barrels are highlighted by a “swamped” style rib with a textured finish to reduce glare.
  • To increase durability, the fore-end incorporates a hardened steel insert where it contacts the barrel lug.  This also allows Fabarm technicians to tighten the action if it ever becomes necessary.
  • Selective trigger operates on the reliable inertia system and breaks cleanly at 4lbs.
  • The trigger mechanism features interceptor sears for additional safety.
  • The action incorporates rebounding hammers to improve the longevity of the firing pins.
  • The Autumn Elite features automatic ejectors.
  • Lightweight barrels to improve balance and handling.
  • The fore-end is attached with a classic Anson style latch.

[Project Upland] The Fabarm Autumn: A Shotgun Overview by Michael Thompson

By Autumn, Gun Review

“Overall, it’s a beautiful, well-made, and well-finished gun, but where it really shines is when it’s in the hand. If you have ever heard a shotgun maniac describe a gun as “lively in the hand,” this would be one of those guns. Its balance is superb and center-mass, which makes it indeed feel as though it has some life in it. Upon shouldering the Autumn, not only did I find life, but I also found that magic I had all but given up looking for in a SxS for so long.”

[Gun Dog 06:21] Shotgun Report: Fabarm Autumn by Brad Fitzpatrick

By Autumn, Gun Review

“Fabarm didn’t launch the Autumn simply to play in the side-by-side market. This gun is well thought-out and beautifully appointed. Fit and finish are excellent, and material quality is on par with guns costing more. It’s a solidly built double gun that’s practical enough for field use without losing that special side-by-side magic. If you’re a double gun devotee or simply looking for an elegant new bird gun that’s as practical as it is pretty, the Autumn is worth a close look.”
