Fabarm USA, LLC usually ships all in-stock orders within 2 business days (barring any unforeseen issues). All shipments will be shipped via UPS Sure Post (UPS delivers to your local Post Office and USPS makes final delivery) and may end up being routed via UPS Ground. An e-mail confirmation will be sent when your order is placed and another, including UPS tracking number, at time of shipment.
Shipping rates are determined by UPS, and we use UPS Sure Post which is their most economical rate. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and vary depending on delivery address. Shipments occur only on business weekdays.
After your item is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number for your package.

Sales tax (6%) will be charged on all shipments to Maryland addresses.
DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Each Fabarm USA, LLC item goes through strict quality control and is checked before shipping. Defects and damage are extremely rare but may occur. Items damaged via shipping must be reported within 48 hours of product arrival for return or exchange with original packaging. If a product is defective due to the manufacturing process, it must be reported within 30 days of arrival. Fabarm USA, LLC reserves the right to replace or refund damaged or defective items at our discretion. Please send us a photograph of your item so we can better understand the issue and advise action. Do not discard item unless directed to do so by our representative. We do understand the nature of online shopping and will try to assist the best and quickest way we can.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
For all returns, exchanges and cancellations, please contact us for instructions before returning merchandise. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on return or exchange items, and they are not refundable. Returned or exchanged items must be shipped within 30 days from the day the items have been received. Products must be returned unused in their original packaging to be accepted for refund. We do not offer refunds for damaged items that are not reported to us within 48 hours after arrival. Product replacements usually ship within three business days if available. Clearance and discontinued item sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping and tracking, both shipping to us and returning to the customer, and if the item is lost in the process. We recommend using trackable shipping services and insurance when returning items. We can only honor order cancellations if products have not yet been processed and shipped.
In cases of receiving incorrect items, please contact us to report error. We strive to not make errors, but occasionally they do happen. We want to get you the item you ordered, and we will ship out the correct item within 48 hours provided it is in inventory. We will ship the correct item at no charge and include return label / envelope for the return of incorrect item. If incorrect item is not returned within 15 days of your receipt of replacement item, then your credit card will be charged for the replacement item. If we receive the incorrect item after the 15 day period in new / unused condition, we will refund the charge, however any return of incorrect item received after 60 days will not be accepted or refunded.
We try to ensure all items listed on webstore are available to ship immediately, however sometimes an item may become sold out before website has been updated. Orders for backordered items will remain open and ship once inventory is replenished. If item cannot ship within 30 days of order placement, you will be contacted and given a choice of receiving a refund or allowing order to remain open. We will give you an approximate time frame that we believe it will take before item could ship to help you make your decision.
