Instructions for sending your FABARM firearm in for service

Step 2. Shipping
HOLIDAY NOTICE: Our office will be closed December 24th – 27th & December 31st – January 1st. Please take this into consideration before shipping your gun.
Stop! Before continuing any further, be sure to complete the Service Form in Step 1 before proceeding to shipping. There are 3 options for shipping your firearm to us.
1. Ship via United States Postal Service*.
2. Ship via licensed FFL of your choice*.
3. Ship via FedEx by purchasing a shipping label from us here on our website using our shipping account. Items shipped using our account are covered under our insurance. You will be emailed a label to attach to your package. Then take the package to FedEx Office or FedEx Express service center to be shipped. Your firearm must be packaged with label on it when taking to FedEx. They will not package your firearm.
Note that items shipped using our account are covered under our insurance. Damage due to insufficient packaging is not covered. It is recommended to ship the gun in a compartmentalized hard case, and the hard case in a cardboard box.

*Please note if shipping on your own: Insure your shipment for its full value. UPS & FedEx will only accept firearm shipments from an authorized Federal Firearm License holder with a signed agreement on file for shipping firearms. For further details you can view their policies here: UPS & FedEx.
Be sure to package your entire gun carefully. It is recommended to ship the gun in a compartmentalized hard case, and the hard case in a cardboard box.
Our standard turnaround time for service is approximately 20 days, depending on the services requested.
If repair work is determined to be covered under warranty, only return shipping is at no charge.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. A member of our team will contact you by phone AFTER we have received your firearm in order to get your credit card details. We will contact you to confirm any charges before using your credit card.
Note: There will be a minimum charge of $200 to perform an inspection & diagnosis on all guns that are no longer covered under warranty. Parts & Shipping not included.
Special notice regarding Heckler & Koch (HK) customers:
We value you as a customer and want to make sure that your firearm is operating safely and properly. If you are sending in your shotgun for repair and it is a Heckler & Koch (also known as HK) imported FABARM shotgun; models known as Red Lion, Gold Lion, Camo Lion, Lion SC, Competition Lion, FP6, SAT 8, SDASS, Classis, etc. there will be charges for the labor, parts and shipping as Heckler and Koch is no longer providing lifetime warranty service. We do warranty any parts and labor on the repairs that we provide on those shotguns.
